You can order a pickup from anywhere in Delhi. Mohsin picked me up from the hostel at 7:15 (in… read more the confirmation mail time frame was given 06:00 a 07:00 but you have to reconfirm the time, it was not clear enough in the confirmation mail).
The trip took at least 4h on the yamuna express way (you pay extra toll, it’s a long straight new way) we took a small break and there was a slight traffic near Agra. Since we arrived after 11 am at the Entrance gate at the Taj Mahal, we had to take a rikshaw (it costs 100 rp extra) to get into the entrance gate.
In the itinerary in the website says you also go to the Agra Fort, but they are flexible and I chose to go back to Delhi earlier to be able to see other things in Delhi. And you can have a break and lunch any where and any time you like.
You can pay cash or your driver can take you to an atm.
